I would give 10 stars if I could. Dustin was professional and very informative on everything he did with the service. Our well went out and he helped us find the best solution for us now and for the future as well. The problem was assessed and fixed in such a timely manner. I appreciate everything Dustin and Ultimate Plumbing did for my home and family. Will totally recommend to anyone needing services done!
I called a Ultimate Plumbing and they sent a service team the next day. Drew and JJ came to my home to repair a few things. They were extremely professional and personable and worked quickly and efficiently. A great job all around. I would definitely recommend this company for anyone looking for great service and great people.
I definitely recommend Ultimate plumbing, JJ, Lucas and Andrew did an amazing job for us. We are so happy with all that was done. We had all old sewer and water lines replaced after a major break in our sewer line that flooded our basement. Thankful for Mary Jane being there day or night for all my questions and concerns. Adam went above and beyond to make sure everything was fixed to the highest standards.
John came to my house this morning. He was exactly on time. He was polite, friendly, and went right to work checking out the issue at hand. I was very pleased with his work and his professionalism. Ultimate Plumbing is absolutely fantastic! We live in New England, but own a condo in NC. We had to have the shower demolished and rebuilt because a prior owner cut corners in a remodel. Ultimate Plumbing worked with us to get everything done on OUR schedule, so that one of us could be on site for the project. The communication was excellent, I even received texts on weekends and after hours to confirm the work, the schedule, etc. Their work was even more exceptional than anticipated. Can't recommend them enough.
