Besides the fact that everyone is so friendly and personable, the service I received exceeded my expectations. i dropped off a ripped screen this morning at 8am and i just received a phone call that it was ready. it took less than an hour.. most places make you wait weeks for screen repair.. thank you Jimmy! well appreciated.
I hear they’re very helpful, but I wouldn’t know because they closed 2 minutes before 5. Don’t they know that the guy showing up right before closing is often the one most in need?nnAnd Google says they’re open till 5:30. Off to Home Depot...
Service has been poor lately, they regularly don’t have what your looking for so I generally call before heading here. This time I called to ask if they carry quickrete and the associate said yes. When I arrived 10 minutes later they didn’t have it, the. All 4 associates stood around arguing who I had spoken to. I hate using the big names but I will use Home Depot from now on
Customer service is the name of the game and they've got it down. No more wandering around aimlessly trying to find something. Shop local, shop small.
Grateful to have a small downtown in dependantly owned hardware store in Norwood. Always super helpful.
