Terrible! A bunch of kids that have zero work ethic or customer service skills. The absolute worst wash job on my truck I have ever had. 40.00 dollars and the inside looks like it was barely touched.

We used auto bell for the first time today after we just purchased a used car. The car was nearly clean, however I wanted it to feel like our own. I explained it to the guy we paid who was very polite. There was only one other car there that just left after we got there. I told him we wanted a wash, extra for rain proofing on front window vacuumed, dried and the trunk needed a light vacuum ,also spray on dirty wheels and clean windows inside and out. The total came to 51.39. 2 worked on our car, it looked as if it was clean, although they went very fast. After we got home , 30minutes away. We noticed the trunk wasn’t vacuumed there was no vacuuming in the back of the car under the window where there were many dead flies. The front window was dirty inside and streaked outside. There was also still a sticky area on our front dash where they apparently sprayed shiner on top of a sticky spot, the wheels on the front of the car were still covered in brake oil. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. I’m in support of local business’ but the only thing I can say about auto Bell was the staff smiled and was friendly.
