I had my septic tank cleaned today by James and his son with Fosters Septic Tank Cleaning services. He responded to my call immediately and was on time as we had discussed. He went above and beyond to be sure the job was done as good as possible. He started digging a second hole on top of the tank and I asked him why cause I had never had that done before. He explained it was the only way to completely clean the tank. That just showed me that the other local guy had gotten over on me for the last three cleanings. Call James. Great guy and service!
James called and arrived two hours earlier than expected which was a great blessing. He got our septic tank back up and running in about two hours. I can't thank him enough for his work ethic and professionalism. I highly Recommend Fosters Septic.
After 20 yrs being down here in NC and having another septic company do my cleaning, James educated me on my tank, I also didn't know there was another side to the tank, the other company never cleaned, now I know, great job guys!
