Really nice lady that took my cleaning order
Lady is a rip off. I asked my husband to drop off a comforter at the Cleaners, not realizing that he took the matching pillowcases and shams too. She had him to pay during drop off but when I picked it up there was an additional charge supposedly for the pillowcases and shams. When you bring items into the Cleaners, the attendant sorts through them. Also, you give the attendant your information especially phone number so why wasn't we called before she decided to go ahead and clean the pillowcases and shams then charge $51.00 for the cleaning. I would have gladly washed them myself. I will no longer use this Cleaners and my husband is on punishment until further notice.
