They were very professional and timely. We had a cloggage issue where everything was coming up through our tubs and showers. They was able to relieve the situation temporarily however more assistance was needed and instead of trying to rip us off they actually suggested a way cheaper option with another company. In the end it was just grease trapped in the pipes and needed to be cleared out!.. Although they didn't fix the issue personally they still helped by saving us 1000s by having integrity. Arthur et al replaced some of our bathrooms underground cast iron plumbing.They went through the extra effort to do the job right. They worked efficiently and didn't skip a day. Passed all inspections first time. They were respectful of our home and property and were always polite. Highly recommend.
I called to schedule an appointment I asked if there was an up charge for Sunday. He said he wasn’t sure. When I asked what the fee was for going out and checking the lines, he said he had to call the office. He called back and said the office said to cancel the call and have a good day. No explanation as to why they were refusing service. I also told them I had a septic tank. He suggested that I just pump the tank every time it rains.
The plumber they sent out was the kindest person ever. Reasonably priced; good work. I also want to say that they got out here on short notice-next day. On-time. He was so sweet to my son. Good, decent folk. And that’s the kind of people I will call again.
As usual, such a great experience to work with this company. The men that came out to my house today were unbelievably polite and they found and fixed the problem in a matter of minutes. There is no doubt this company employs truly good and honest people and I will never go elsewhere for my pluming needs.
