Great Service and Quality
Love love LOVE this place! They always take such good care of my clothes and are super friendly. My dad has been bringing his military uniforms here for years and doesn’t trust anywhere else with them.
I recently started visiting Krystal Cleaners and have found them to be very professional and efficient. My shirts were perfectly starched and pressed, suits and jackets done well, and the service at both drop off and pick up was very good. The prices are reasonable, and a bargain for the level of performance.
Krystal Cleaners High Point on N. Main St does not clean items, and are rude. I politely asked for an explanation as to why my items were returned dirty, and the owners became very irrate and began screaming at me. They only refunded part of money when other customers began to enter the business. The man then removed my items from the bag, carried them out, and threw/shoved them into my trunk. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a business.
Worst dry cleaners and customer service. Lost a shirt of mine and refused to acknowledge it or even look for it.
