Online, professional, knowledgeable, efficient and great customer service. They came out to replace a hot and cold water valves for washing machine. Randy was great, very clean, very respectful and did great work. Highly recommend.
My first encounter with Plumb Smart was installing a dishwasher. They called before they arrived and were on time. The install was efficient and we have had no problems. When our hot water heater went out, I called Plumb Smart. They came within 24 hours and replaced the water heater including a safety water pan. They were very professional and reliable. I will continue to use Plumb Smart for any plumbing needs.
Randy came to our home and was super polite and respectfully wore his mask the entire time. He did a fantastic job and went above and beyond. We would love for Randy to be our go to for plumbing needs.
Technicians came to to clear my plugged toilet, and also cleared a bathroom sink drain. The guys Andrew and Marcus were very polite, professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend PlumbSmart for any plumbing needs. They charged $252, but it was an 'emergency' call, and they arrived within an hour of my request for help.
Don was great helping us map out our plumbing needs on our cottage build, easy to work with and helpful. Miguel and team were professional and knowledgeable in their trade and got our Rough In's knock out right quick. Looking forward to getting things finished out with them!
