2 months ago I requested for someone to come out and give me a price to replace my heating and cooling system, one of my a/c units went out and I knew that the system was old and needed to be replaced. The man showed up and repaired the unit without my permission. I explained to him again I wanted to know the price to replace it. He said he didn't know that we I was serious about replacing them to give them a call. Now here it is 2 months later and my a/c blew up. Called them again and said I needed the price to replace them. The same man came out, looked at everything and told me they would call me with a quote. That was a week ago and have not heard back since.
There was no response to telephone call messages or text messages that I needed hvac service.nI no longer attempt to contact them.nMartin
I am not personally a customer of Dowdle & Powell. I do however work very closely with HVAC contractors all over the U.S. And there are a couple things I can confidently say when it comes to working with the folks at Dowdle & Powell. They consistently put the customer first. When it comes to quality of product & service they are top notch! Great company for your HVAC needs!
We have used Dowdle and Powell for several years now for all of our HVAC and plumbing needs. We have always been pleased with their fast and friendly service. We recommended them whenever we can.
I called and spoke to the owners son about well installation. Apparently, they do well services around Tate Co. He seemed to want my business in the beginning. He kept telling me he would come to my property to give me a quote but never called or showed up. He had me waiting for 2 weeks. I later found out through one of their employees that he just didn’t want to do it. Very unprofessional!
