I used the drive through and far right diy wash port adjacent to the drive through. Both were pretty decent but the count down on the diy port didn't beep when the timer got close to zero, so wasted money to start the time over (instead of adding a few quarters to increase time)
The times I have been with my mother when she got her car cleaned I can remember as always going smooth
Paid for a car wash & had to go home & wash the bottom half. Tried to call & get reimbursed or another wash, but number sounds like a fax. Very unhappy!
Vacuums hardly ever work. Auto car wash basically took $11 and put nothing but water on my truck. Left a note on janitor door to no response.
