Jeremy Crispino was instrumental in helping me find a new apartment. He took time to understand my very specific situation. There were no vacancies in the building I wanted to move to. He kept that in mind and contacted me immediately upon finding out someone was ending their lease early. Then he patiently and professionally answered all of my questions. Jeremy is a great guy who made moving in 2020 an easier experience than I could have anticipated.

Shannon has been OUTSTANDING. We recently relocated to the MA area and having Shannon on our side during the challenging times of finding a home for our family with Covid on our heels has been a blessing. She went beyond her duty to make sure we would have what we needed. Shannon is extremely responsive. Any time of the day. And thinks ahead of you in terms of situations and needs that might arise. She helped us find the best home for the family (virtually), which meant that she went several times to take videos for us so we could have a good idea of the place, location, neighbourhood... etc. She sent us updates while the workers were doing construction on it and was there every time we had a question. I could not recommend her more. She is fantastic!
