Karina helped us find a condo in Brookline. She quickly became our trusted advisor in the complex real estate market, and was able to find a property that met all of our needs. While patiently guiding us through dozens of properties, she was the first one to identify and bring our attention to critical problems with certain properties: a rare quality amongst today's real estate agents. Her knowledge of the Boston's neighborhoods and towns, a hand-picked referral network of real estate professionals (ranging from attorneys, mortgage brokers, home inspectors to plumbers), made our home search a pleasant journey.
