I moved in a few months ago and really have little to complain about.nLikes : online portal, service requests are prompt. Onsite manager/concierge is fab. Neighbors are quiet, respectful and VERY animal friendly!!!nnSome cons:n1) Windows old/drafty.n2) Way too much carpet.n3) $$$ parkingnnBottom line place is good to live, we are having a great time. Slightly $ but the vibe and location is cool.nBtw the Boston Marathon runs right in-front. :)

Filthy, filthy place. No maintenance on weekends. Recycle area is constantly overflowing, for weeks at a time. Smoking allowed in building. Management could care less.

I scheduled an appointment on 2/19 for Monday 2/26 at 1130am. When I arrived, the management staff had just gone to lunch a few minutes earlier so no one was available for my scheduled appointment. I am disappointed by the lack of consideration and coordination displayed by this establishment.
