Mervin helped me find a place to move into amidst challenging circumstances- during the start of the COVID pandemic while I lived out-of-state. He was very attentive to my requests and even helped me with my move-in day, by picking up and posting my parking permit for the move-in day, assuring my move went smoothly. I highly recommend Mervin and Preview Properties for going above and beyond in their professional behavior and customer service.

Cindy at Preview Properties was fantastic to work with. I accepted a job in Boston and needed an apartment on very short notice. I had resigned myself to the fact that because I needed an apartment so quickly, I'd have to settle for a place I wasn't thrilled about, but Cindy helped me find a great apartment that I am very happy with. I would recommend Preview Properties to anyone without hesitation.

My experience with Preview was something I’d never expect from a Boston area broker - quick responses, kind (not pushy!) treatment while I was making a decision, and a lot a patience with me when I was stressed with the whole process of moving. Even my landlady said that they were unusually great to work with. When we moved in, they even showed up (on Sept 1 of all days!) to make sure we were happy, and dropped off a goody bag full of move-in supplies. To Mervin (my broker) and the whole team: thank you for all your help. I never thought I’d have a *good* broker experience in this town.
