My realtor (Rachel Obara) was warm and thoughtful, with great communication skills that were responsive, reassuring, and informative. She found a way to turn a dream apartment into a reality thanks in large part to her negotiating experience- with the added challenge of a move-in date less than 2 weeks away- and went above & beyond to make a complicated situation easier, taking a great deal of stress off my shoulders. Highly recommend her!

This is long overdue... I was lucky to lease one of the beautiful town-homes from Chestnut Hill Reality (CHR) - located on Gerry Road. We lived there for almost 3 years - it is tucked away in a beautiful neighborhood just outside the busy Boston Downtown and close to the Medical Center. Apart from the community location, the quality of the homes and worth for the money- the best part of this place is undoubtedly the management. The leasing office and the staff is very friendly and easy to reach. Unlike other managements that I have experienced, the CHR staff are very considerate and genuinely empathize with your situations and provide the best assistance. We only moved out as we had to move for our job and was actually sad moving out...we had best times there. If we are back in Boston - this is definitely my #1 place to live.nThanks
