the worst landlords i’ve ever dealt with in my life. the angry wasp nest that’s been in front of my apartment for a week, the complete lack of maintenance, and lisa and michael’s complete disregard for their 100+ tenants is disgusting.nnmy realtor somehow convinced me to move here. if yours does too, find a new one.

The bar for landlords and/or management companies in Boston is set pretty low, but I would never rent from Ezra or live in an apartment managed by Lisa again. Just a few anecdotes from my time there:nn1) Ezra once called me at midnight on a weeknight and threatened to evict me because he thought the person whose lease I took over owed him money. Aside from not having anything to do with me, it later turned out that he was mistaken.n2) Lisa lost her copy of our lease, thought our lease was up in September rather than in June, and started threatening to put our apartment on the market. We had to send her our copy of the lease to get it sorted out.nnAnd that's just the beginning! Never again.

I would give 0 star to it. Ezra Sanieoff is the worst landlord I've met forever. He is so unprofessional. He sent my security check to wrong address at first. Then he cancel the check and charge me $75 cancellation fee and send a new one with wrong name!
