It’s been a great experience working with Chaplin. Lauren specifically has been incredible during my apartment search and has been far better than the previous 4 agents I’ve worked with at other companies. She went above and beyond in several instances for me, and went out of her way to ensure I got the best apartment I could for my budget. Trust me, you will not regret working with her.

Lauren Chiarello is an excellent and reliable realtor. The realtor I had been communicating with for months before my move ended up not following through with apartments to show me during a Memorial Day weekend trip I squeezed in specifically to look at apartments. A friend recommended Lauren to me and within minutes she responded to my (very late and last minute) email. Within hours had already updated me on what apartments she was finding. Despite it being a weekend when many places are not being shown due to the holiday, and despite the last minute nature of my request to her, Lauren went above and beyond to look for apartments that met my search criteria in a judicious and efficient manner. She was an absolute pleasure to work with. I plan to work with Lauren moving forward with any future realty needs I may have in the Boston area- and you should too!

The true professionals – the very best. Whenever I’m in Boston I can rely on Kama to provide a nice place to stay in an excellent location. Their apartments seem to all be close to the metro transportation system (T), so it’s easy to get anywhere with a very short walk and I don’t have to rent a car. Another plus is that the staff is available at any time like a concierge service. It’s nice to have a phone number with immediate response. Only excellent experiences since 2009.nnNot sure what could have motivated the person who gave a poor review. I guess there’s always someone.

Avoid this place like a Plague. Very unprofessional, unresponsive and rude. They charge you $25 for credit screening and are extremely picky over every single detail of your application as if you’re undergoing an interrogation. Worst experience dealing with leasing. Save yourself the $25 and search elsewhere. Beware of Kama, just like the comment below says, She is very very unpleasant to work with.
