I was getting on the red line at Harvard station this Friday around 425pm, when I scanned my monthly pass which I pay for it, this guy snicked right after me,nThen I called the Mbta police to report him , then I was told there is nothing that can be done, that is unfair for someone that is paying, and the transit isnLosing money.
Got a ticket for fare evasion even though I have a monthly pass which had the month paid for. When I showed them I had money on my card they pulled me to the wall and began writing a ticket. When I asked why, they told me it was because I gave them an “attitude” and told me they were legally able to. After this all went down I was forced to go to a “hearing” which was pretty much me just going into one their offices where I tried to explain to him what happen and I was basically told I was a liar. When I asked him to see the tapes he refused to show me

Had my property confiscated, but hey at least I was not charged, tho I had the option to receive my property back and to face charges or let it go. I obviously let it go. That was weak. Should also treat the homeless better.nnCops treat homeless ppl like lepers. It's winter and it's cold outside, if I am sitting on a bench charging my phone, minding my own business have a heart and not kick me out the station. I am trying to stay warm, safe and alive. As someone that suffers from mental illness and is no stranger to suicidal behavior I would think you as police officers would do your job to insure I am safe.ud83dude44
