Worse customer service. Rude manager. Employees aren’t knowledgeable of what they’re serving. Took my money and didn’t give me the refund I requested. Left with nothing. I guess they’re thieves too. Place need to be closed down.

Food is regular subway food, with a view of the campus. The staff here are super friendly. I overheard their conversation with a Chinese student. She was having trouble ordering her food in English, and the staff was very patient and helped her out by telling her the English words she wanted to say. It was heart-warming. Peace

They have the WORST customer service, and do not understand the portions that corporate decides for sandwich meat options. I did not receive double meat on my wrap which is mandatory, and when I told them the rules about double meat the response was that the “store owner told them to do that”. If the store owner is telling their employees to cheat customers out of their money, something needs to be done about that ASAP. We are college students looking for a quick hassle free bite to each. Quite upsetting.

Very friendly staff. Was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. Quick service was in and out in less than 10 mins. I love this location because of the friendly staff. They are on a college campus so of course times are going to be busy. But the great food and friendly service is worth spending an extra 10 min during lunch or dinner rush.
