This place is horrendous the employees do not care about anything they always mess up orders ever single time i go there i have ordered the same thing three times in one day just a simple beef burrito and they can never get it right these people should be let go and this taco bell closed its unreal how this place is even operating still..... And its sad that taco bell continues to allow these actions to go on...

I came to this location because the Bayless location always has a system crash and I can’t order. Well guess what?! I ordered online and got to the drive thru and their system crashed. It’s 4/9/2021 @ 10:03. How does this consistently happen at more than one area Taco Bell? I’ve been waiting now almost 30 minutes for the “system” to come back online. I’ve seen about 10 cars drive up to order, so it’s safe to say this restaurant is losing money. Why does your system keep crashing Taco Bell?! Invest some money and do what you have to do to make a system than can handle the amount of traffic it has. This is inexcusable. You’re a major corporation. This is a serious inconvenience to your patrons!

This Tacobell location doesn’t even deserve 1 star. I have tried multiple times to give them a chance. Every single time I have gone to this location, food that was ordered is either not given to us or is completely the wrong order, doesn’t matter if it’s busy or not, the order is always incorrect or missing. There either needs to be new management or completely new staff. Sick of paying for food that is incorrect or missing.

Went here for the first time won’t go back. My order was wrong and the food was made terribly. I got a chicken quesadilla there was hardly any chicken on there only the spicy sauce and it wasn’t even cut. Also upgraded my taco to a supreme and got charged but didn’t get the supreme.
