I would recommend Roto-Rooter to anybody just ask for Curtis one of the most professional people you'll ever see and did a quality job
Bob was at my house within 30 minutes of calling! He had an estimate within five minutes and fixed the problem within 25 minutes. He was friendly and had lots of good maintenance tips for our particular set up (we have an extra long kitchen drain pipe). The $60 coupon helped a lot and I have a 6 month warranty on the work that was done.
Curtis was awesome! Got the job done.
If I could rate this a 0 star I would. We had a plumbing emergency, water backed up in showers, toilets and all sinks and was overflowing. Called this place SEVERAL times at the Bonne Terre location. All we got was a woman saying she was on the phone and leave a message. My husband left a few messages and 5 hours later no call. Good thing we didn’t wait for them to call back and actually found a company who actually knows how to return calls.
