Wasn't taking new customers at the time, but returned my call anyway and let me know. Cheerful and polite over the phone.
Nu-Way is our go-to plumber. He has unclogged a washing machine drain that we couldn’t get with our own auger. He has also repaired a pipe that was leaking in our basement. And we’ve also had him out to do some plumbing during a shower remodel. Each job was completed correctly the first time and efficiently. No complaints. I agree with the previous comment that says you usually have to get a hold of him by voicemail/phone tag but he does indeed call back in a timely manner and stick to his appointments. And I also agree that he is always willing to explain what he thinks is going on and how it can be fixed.
Very responsive to our calls. Showed up on time. Fixed two rather complicated problems for us. Personable, Derek talks to you to explain what the issues are. Highly recommend.
I've had Nu-Way out for multiple plumbing issues and every time I am impressed and well satisfied. I've called others in the past, nobody else I've had holds a candle to Nu-Way. Call these guys. They'll do you right.
Dick came and had to work hard to find a clean out in an old house. He found a cast iron vent pipe and got the drain unclogged. Very professional, great work and a fair price!
