Called because of water in the crawl space. Two guys came within a few hours of my call, wore masks in my house (thank you!), and set up lots of equipment to deal with the problem. They were polite and efficient. ServePro did a great job.

Company came out to fog my house I was moving in to. Their fog machine had a bad valve. This caused my entire house to be covered in a thick cherry oil. They cleaned the hard woods that same day however my carpet was also soaked. I gave them two weeks before I finally moved to clean the chemical from the carpets. They would not!! due to a cold spell and other disasters. I had to hire a different contractor to clean the chemical from the carpets. Very unprofessional. Too bad... serve pro in South Carolina seems great. These guys take no responsibility for their faulty equipment Machine should have fogged the house with a cherry smell but it blew oil over everything. My mother almost fell really bad. Disaster and worse customer service
Guy showed up to my house for a crawlspace encapsulation job but didn't go under my house. Said he'd call my insurance adjuster. Called twice in two week. Never heard back from them on him.
