I had a small issue when my carpets were cleaned with a stain. Stanley Steemer deserves 5 stars because they quickly evaluated the issue and send a crew to take care of it!! I am very happy with my service, they do a great job and I will use them again! Thank you for making a customer happy !
Bert & Jamar were simply fantastic! Bert gave the introduction, explained the plans available. After explaining Bert started working, did the waste anytime. Jamar was getting all the machines ready. There was no wasteful time....Yes I will request them again!
Not sure if they cleaned by MB closet still saw makeup on the rug, Then when I called to say something to the receptionist she could not find anything on me in the system. They cashed my check quick. A bit strange, don't you think!nReturned to home to do closet, excellent job, made stains go away, Sussex worker knew is stuff. Great job. Thanks
We were VERY pleased with the knowledge and professionalism in taking care of our hardwood floors. I had been advised by a place that put my floors in as to what to use to keep them shining. Well,not only did it took away the shine but it made them cloudy. The two young men that came looked at the floors and said I think we can help you but I am not promising that they will look like they did when put down. I explained to them that anything would be an improvement. Long story short they are beautiful and shining and I have referred Stanley Steemer to two of my friends. Thank you so much.
Wow! We had our carpet and hallway cleaned today, and with a little puppy that uses the bathroom everywhere, Jose did an awesome job! No more stains, carpet looks like new, and I would highly recommend Stanley Steemer of Salisbury.
