Al Peteraf of Integrity Real Estate in Havre de Grace, MD is the perfect buyer’s agent. He helped us sell our home in one week, for a price much higher than we had expected. He’s knowledgeable, dedicated, responsive, and easy to work with. He never stopped fighting for our interests through some very difficult episodes relating to the sale. His advice was always perfect, though he never pushed his opinions on us. We learned quickly to take his advice at all times. He’s also just a great guy. It’s like working with a good neighbor who just happens to be a first-rate real estate agent.

I've bought and sold ten properties over the years -- including sales in Palm Beach, Glen Arbor Michigan, Annecy France and Bethesda Maryland. I are not a realtor, only a person that believes in real estate. In all my transactions over a forty year period I've never had a realtor as good as Al Peteraf in a recent sale in Havre de Grace, Maryland. Al got be a buyer in one day (after working with me on the pricing). He then took responsibility for the checklist of items required by the buyer. He found the best contractors, plumbers, carpet people up to and including the mover. I cannot say enough for his professionalism. I now count Al as a friend.
