Eric ( and Dave ) were Awesome! Extremely professional, polite, and thorough!! Eric explained everything so I could understand the work he was doing. Keep me updated along the way. It's nice to know there's a company that contacts you to schedule seasonal maintenance rather than you having to hunt them down. The technician Tyler B. is a great representative of the company. He's very friendly and knowledgeable. I finally chose Level Home Services to replace my heat pump after considering multiple companies. My decision was the right one. It's been three years and their customer service is still of great quality. It never changed once the purchase was completed.

I had the pleasure of meeting Chris and Tony earlier this year when my parents house needed extensive repairs to their plumbing. We found some older valves leaking and called Level. They have been consistently quick to respond and extremely accommodating to our work schedules. Chris came out same day and thoroughly went over everything and was sure to explain in detail what needed to be done. Tony also took the time to explain the process of making the pipe connections with sodder which really showed their knowledge and understanding of their trade (and as nerd, I loved seeing the science behind it). Chris and Tony are beyond courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and a perfect representation of Level. Level is the kind of company that takes the time to ensure that whatever service a customer needs, is done with care by employees that truly enjoy their craft. We are a lifetime customer for sure!

I contacted Level Home Services because our heater stopped working. The receptionist was nice and responded immediately. I received a text from the technician who stated that he was on his way to my home. Very professional while very personable when he explained everything as he worked to resolve our issue. The technicians name is Aaron was able to locate an issue with our unit and remedy the situation. He also explained that we may need to look at replacing certain parts and gave us quotes for parts as well as various service plan agreements and costs associated.nI enjoyed Aaron and liked his ability to explain the issues we have and our options going forward. Level Home Services is a good company to have if you are experiencing heating or air conditioning issues.

The service technician, Eric was on time for the scheduled appointment. He was very professional and courteous. He ensured that the installed equipment was working properly and that I was satisfied with the service. He ensured that the area in which he worked was cleaned before he left. I am totally satisfied with the service that he provided. I would recommend him to anyone needing this service or any related services performed.
