I was not a fan of the customer service or the service.
Was not satisfied with what I had done on my nails and pedi was worst the color white on my feet seemed like my granddaughter did it I just left like that and next day I found the guy that really knows how to do nails...
I usually get pedicures here so I thought it would be ok to get a full set but I was wrong. Initially everything look good. I paid and tipped before she painted my nails after that everything went south. She rushed painting my nails I ended up with spaces not painted and with paint on my fingers it was really messy. So I asked her to clean up the paint she only filled the spaces she missed and did not bother to get the paint off my fingers. My nails look horrible I feel like I wasted my money and I will not be coming back here.
Unprofessional, very bad communication and customer service
been going here for 3 years. Always love the outcome of my nails. Super fast when you are a walk in. Appointments are treated super fast. Love it
