I usually go to the Chestnut Hill location as I live in Newton and it is convenient. NEVER again. I booked my appointment well ahead of time and when I arrived I was informed that I would not be receiving the services that I had scheduled. I am still confused as to why I was allowed to book a service that was not going to be completed. I am disappointed because I take pride in my nails and I ended up getting a naked manicure as to not waste time and money on something I did not want. Very disappointed and I will not be back

The shop was clean and the people were nice. A little pricey.
I booked the naked manicure(25min) and pedicure(40min), both with the deluxe massage add ons(+10min for manicure and +10min for pedicure). The entire service supposed to last 85min. I was out of there in less than 45min. The lady I checked out with (she was really nice) was aware of this and removed the charges for the deluxe massage add ons. Meanwhile, the manager was out talking to someone in the car for more than 20min as I was finishing up - hence i am not able to convey this problem directly to her. Very disappointing experience.
