Hardest working public servant I have ever met. Attends practically every event in the community, big and small. Good listener, smart problem solver.

My concern is the increase of violence and criminal activity in Baltimore County. Huge increase in murders, school violence, robbers, car jackings, car theft and little sentence of convicted felons. We are becoming a urban community with little accountabilty for law and order. This only increases and boldens criminal activity. Max sentences required for prior convicted felons.

I believe that David Marks truly cares about Towson. He makes every effort to attend local events, so he can get to know the people who live and work in Towson. Not only is he present, he listens.
