J'me took the best care of me during my haircut and really cared about the quality of service. She took her time and refined every last detail which was very much appreciated. Will absolutely be coming back in the near future and getting a cut with J'me!
They arbitrarily moved my appointment/checkin.nI walked into an empty store, and the employees were all hanging out in the back room.nA caucasian girl with some attitude told me I had the time wrong, it was 30 minutes later. Since it was empty, I asked if I could get the haircut now. She just kept repeating the new time for my appointment.nIt seems like they decided to take a store-wide 1 hour lunch break and shifted my appointment because it was in the way. I called in for this appointment, so it would be nice if they could call back if that were the case.nI've never experienced this at any other supercuts.
Just got a simple haircut and was charged $80. This establishment is terrible and unprofessional and I will definitely not be returning or recommending to anyone.

Rude and flippant employee misspelled my name when making the appointment, and made me wait just in case someone with the same last name and slightly different first name showed up. Haircuts are mediocre, not even that cheap. Also you still have to wait in line, even if you call ahead. Never going back, good riddance.
