Majority of officers here are respectable and respectful. However THIS PD NEEDS AUDITS!! BOTH EXTERNAL AND INTERNAL.

Officer Thomas Gross handled with my case politely, quickly, and professionally. I was listened to, taken serious, and treated respectfully by all investigators. I am very happy with my experience at this station.

Worst customer service ever. I called about asking if I could fly my drone in the inner harbor, and he told me to call the FAA and hung up immediately. Very disappointed. Per the FAA rules, it is legal to fly at the inner harbor. I know that helicopters from the Baltimore city PD fly there. So, I called to make sure. Anyways, bad customer service!

I wish I was able to give no stars for this police department with their inexperience police officers. What a waste of tax dollars they need more training it's very sad when you get pulled over and you can give more information than they can.. How could you look at someone's registration and still write the wrong information so sad my dog could do better!!! You should get some learning experience from harford county police department
