Trooper Tigget came to my home this morning when my daughter was missing in Kent County. I had been frantic for hours all by myself. He was one of the most amazing human beings I have ever met. He stayed with me and helped me make phone calls. He was here when he got the call that she had been found safely. There are no words to express his kindness and caring! In fact the state police in both counties were amazing. I got to experience first hand how efficient and diligent they are. But I will remember Tigget for the rest of my life. I truly felt he was sent to me by a higher being in my time of need. I am forever grateful!
