My kids, age range 2-10 , loved this place. Just be prepared with a change of clothes for your toddlers! They will absolutely love the water room! They allow you to leave and come back, so you can plan on taking a lunch break and then going back after, if your kids have lots of energy to burn. Great rainy day activity in Baltimore!

We came here with our daughter who is almost 3. We had a wonderful time. Everything is clean and wellnKept. She loved the arts and crafts roomnAs well as the big kitchen. We saw many employees sanitizing toys and exhibits. It was a pleasure we will be back for sure!

Learning, climbing, and playing. This place was amazing. We were here for two hours and could’ve spent even more time here but we had to start driving back home. We will definitely be making a trip back this summer.

It was a nice place for my son to play and he did somewhat enjoy himself for the most part. I personally think it’s extremely outdated In most of the exhibits. Also, there is a lack of items. For example my son LOVED the diner, but with limited food there were so many children including my son that could barely get a turn. I also felt like a lot of parents just let their kids run free and do whatever. I feel like due to the lack of parental supervision on other parents behalf it really impacted our experience. So many times my son was taking a turn with something only for it to be taken away from him with no parent in sight. We just kept moving to the next thing. My son who is 4 was also so disappointed to learn to use the slide you have to be 5 and up. I think that they should have a medium sized slide for the 3 and 4 year olds. So many items weren’t in the correct exhibit either which made it hard at times to utilize certain exhibits since the stuff that belonged to it was missing. The shadow room was a disaster and half the shadows on the sticks were unglued and laying on the floor. In the sitting area where you could eat lunch, one family let their children run around playing without their masks and banging on the vending machines. They were just really rambunctious and didn’t follow any of the rules set in place. Not sure we will be back and I don’t really feel like I got my money’s worth for the cost of the 4 hour ticket.

My two daughters had a wonderful time here on our first visit. There was so much to do. There were helpful, kind, and joyful employees everywhere ensuring safety precautions were being followed. It was like a Disney World level of customer service. Great job to the staff.
