I'm writing to give this dry cleaner and related services 5 stars. I had used another one previously (forget their name, but they are in the shopping center Giant is in and will never go back to them after going here). Today I took a rather difficult item to them for repair - a Samsonite Carry On suitcase, which had become unstitched at the bottom. I emptied out the suitcase took it in and asked if they would give it a try - no promises nor expectations. The counter staff were very nice and cordial and examined the suitcase carefully looking for the best access for repair. The cost for this service was 10 bucks, to be completed by the end of the week. Although I could easily afford another one, sometimes you get attached to inanimate objects, as I've traveled the world with this small carry on. My landlord had originally told me to go here, but I didn't and got ripped off for 50 bucks dry cleaning 4 normal size coats. I'm definitely going back here again and encourage others reading this post to go to ASAP Cleaners as well.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! Terrible customer service. Brought in a brand new shirt and got it backed stained. I was told I would get a call from the owner and never did for two weeks. I went into the store to pick up my stained shirt, The owner was rude and would not remedy the problem.

Extremely unprofessional and lack of customer service. The owner refused to take responsibility for ruining my shirt. Will not be using their services anymore. Would not recommend to anyone.

Owner was extremely rude and unprofessional. Will never go back again. I suggest using ANY other cleaner than this place, ANY !
