I got gum all in my scrubs. It was a mess! They were so pleasant about it and was able to get my scrubs clean! They definitely have my business from now on!

Dry Clean Baltimore came recommended by my wedding dress designer, Modern Trousseau Baltimore. I was married in October in downtown Baltimore. Our first look was outside and then our ceremony was also outside. Most of our wedding photos took place beneath a beautiful overpass bridge so naturally the ground was covered with natural elements: dust, dirt, cement, debris. All the time spent outside before my dress was bustled and then throughout my time inside and out during our wedding, led to the bottom of my Italian silk and Italian lace gown to be compromised with a 3-4inches of black “Baltimore”. My mom made contact with Claudia and from there the experience was seamless. They tended to my gown, reviewed the risks regarding the treatment of the delicate fabric of my gown , and then worked their magic. They sent photos and video updates of the progress! We received my gown back almost good as new! I’m so grateful for their professionalism and craftsmanship. My gown is almost just as beautiful as the day we took it home from Modern Trousseau! I didn’t opt for preservation yet but if and when I do, they’ll certainly be whom i work with. Thank you to Claudia & the team!

I brought my wedding dress here 3 weeks ago to get it cleaned and preserved. They inspected my dress at the time of drop off and there were only a few loose string at the top of the dress. I called in 3 weeks later to check on the status of my dress and the lady that helped me was very rude and impatient. This morning I went in to look at my wedding dress only to find that is now has a tear at the bottom from of the dress. My dress did not have any tears before I brought it to this place. When I asked about the tear the lady told me they had nothing to do with it and did not show any sympathy. I decided to take my dress home out of fear that it would continue to be damaged at this place. The dress is clean now but I have to figure out how to preserve it myself. Overall, I would say the service was very bad at this place. The lady that deals with wedding dresses is very rude and impatient. I would recommend other brides to look elsewhere to get their dress cleaned and preserved.
