I love this place! The staff is very efficient and do a perfect job every time. I love that I am quickly serviced, the lady just gives me a beautiful arch in my eyebrow with a trim. Lacking one star because of lack of customer service but, honestly who wants to carry on a conversation while you’re getting threaded?
I’ve been reading the reviews and I don’t understand why people give them 1-star. Tough critics. I’ve been going here for years and feel like a new, happy woman after they take care of the brows. I trust the two older ladies (gray and black hair) I know—terrible I’ve been going there for years and don’t know their names. They are super fast.
Not only did this lady ruin my eyebrows by leaving one thin and way uneven but she was also very rude during the whole process she started off by pushing me back on the chair while I was explaining her how I wanted my eyebrows and she also cut me with the thread and started yelling at me and told me it was my fault. I will never return to this place, and obviously do not recommend it!
I have been going here religiously for six years never making an appointment and just walking in always top notch and the only place I trust with these thick brows!!!!!!!!!
This is my favorite eyebrow threading place! The staff is friendly, quick, and efficient!! They’ve done an amazing job every time. They aren’t pushy and rude like some places I’ve been to; I will always come back to this place!
