Let me say that the haircut was fine and the stylist friendly. But my experience with Supercuts today has convinced me to never return. This was the second location I went too today. The first location on Highland Dr. was closed eventhough I had an appointment. This second location kept me waiting 30 minutes passed my appointment and took someone ahead of me who had just walked in, because he was there to see a specific stylist. $18.50 for a simple haircut? No senior citizen pricing? I'm 67. I'm mostly bald and this haircut took less than 10 minutes. Definitely not worth it.
I have been to many hair salons in Salt Lake City. I found Mindy at this Super Cuts and she is magic. I went from shoulder length hair to a cute pixie cut! She makes me look more gorgeous everytime I walk in the salon. I love her what a gem. I will never go to anyone else.
My son always asks to come here.
He loves his stylist. And she's so great with him. His mohawk has never looked better.

Best place to get a haircut hands down! Me and my friends went there and Marissa made us all look clean and fresh in less than an hour. Fantastic customer service!
