Amazing quality!
Not happy with the management at Fashion Place. I was told I could get the membership rate 60 days after cancelling my membership. Called and confirmed I could use my gift card and get the membership rate and after my appointment I was charged full rate. Apparently management didn’t approve that and she cares more about money than customer service. She should have stood behind her employee that promised me the membership rate if she trained her incorrectly.
I will never return to massage envy and would never sign up with the fashion place mall location.
You better read all fine print and never trust what anyone tells you. They make it sound like a good deal but they find ways to nickle and dime you on technicalities. Not worth it!
The massage I got here was a great birthday present! It was very relaxing and I like how respectful they are. I also like how they ask where I would like the most attention to be that day, before the massage starts. I liked it so much, I signed up for their regular monthly massages!
I actually used to work at this massage envy. The massage therapists and front desk associates there are very talented and friendly making the experience all the more relaxing. I highly recommend Vanessa, she's given me one of the best massages I've ever had.
