I used to use this place exclusively. I have been looking for another spot as of late. The customer service is going downhill in a big way. I actually use to pay them $39 for the wash and $10 - 20 for the tip depending on how well they took care of my car. Lately, I've been asking myself for what I'm paying vs what I'm getting, what's the difference between going here and taking it to a gas station car wash? Must be not having to vacuum my own carpets because that is about the only real difference. It's sad because I really used to like this spot.
