I went to this car wash with my brand new car and it comes out with a flat tire. Something in the wash punctured the tire and created a huge hole. They told me it’s nothing they could do I am very displeased with their customer service I think it is so wrong that my car gets damaged at their wash and they say it’s nothing they can do and send me on my way. I now have to pay for a new tire on a brand new car. Very unprofessional
Absolutely NOT! Very rude and unprofessional!nI tried to wash my car today at this place; I entered on the car wash line and attendant started yelling at me “step out”...no further direction on how to pay, no questions asked on what type of service I needed, etc... attendant was also not wearing a mask, a state requirement during the COVID-19 Pandemic... turned around and left to never come back again.
Very fast. Great job. Only issue is an SUV surcharge not listed in price. Complete carwash for $25 or so is still good. It sometimes is very busy, so wait can exceed 45 min but probably about 20 min
Quick but could be a little more thorough. I will return.
They go the extra mile that regular car washes and car detail shops don't. I would give them 10 stars if I could!!
