Auto Spa's new management is fantastic. They truly care about quality, customer service, and a clean car. I have had my car cleaned there many times, and most recently, my 5 year old car was detailed there last week, and it looks and smells like a brand new car. I have never had a bad experience, and they have a customer for life in me.
This is the 3rd or 4th I’ve came an tried to get my car washed an they are always closed I purchased this monthly wash an haven’t been able to use it at all. It states they close at 5 it’s 230 an they are closed for washes because of a couple drops of rain. I want my money back. This place charges a lot of money for nothing.
This place is decent. I took my car and it was pretty dirty and they got a lot of it. But they missed some easy areas. Like there was still a tiny bit of mud from my shoes on my door. Little stuff like that. I'll go back but I just wish they didn't rush so much sense it wasn't busy at all. If they didn't rush I don't think spots would have been missed
If you love your car DO NOT go to this place! I would leave my beautiful car dirty and salty rather than taking it to this unprofessional money scheming “car wash” all they did was rush me out when I showed them the scratches their brushes left on my brand new car! THEY DO NOT CARE the rude “manager” was not worried at all and it seemed as if these are regular complaints! It was not washed properly after paying $40+ Such a disappointment NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!nPS: they forgot the tire shine too :)
I usually love this place but I went this week and they didn’t even attempt to wipe down my leather seats...they barely cleaned the inside at all. It’s a reasonable price so I don’t expect a full detail but for $40 I’d like at least a once over
