I was a first time patron scheduled for an interior detail and I was initially very impressed at how much attention to detail they gave to my vehicle. Mackenzie was helpful, giving me some tips about allowing air flow to dry the seats About a day later, I noticed some issues and reached out & I spoke to Freddie. Freddie was absolutely amazing, professional and addressed all of my concerns and issues promptly and even scheduled me back in the following week to correct my issues. My car looks amazing & I can definitely see myself returning here for service.

I originally looked through the reviews and saw a handful of lower ratings, this must have been before Freddy became General Manager because he made sure everything was perfect for my car. He not only offered me a ride when he heard I was going to take a Lyft home but also personally checked before I left to see if I had any special concerns and looked over my car before he ever gave me my car back to ensure my expectations would be met. 5 Star 10/10 100% A+ I cannot speak highly enough of the service and work quality I received at Canton Car Wash Ponca St.

This was the best detailing I've ever had done on my Mom mobile. It is easy to schedule on their website. Freddy, the manager, even picked me up from my house to come get my car. He told me about the memberships without being at all pushy. Honestly, I would recommend to anyone and will be back!

I have been to both the Canton and White Marsh locations and Canton is by far the best in terms of quality. The service is always fast, efficient and friendly. The manager Freddy was super friendly and does a great job inspecting the cars after cleaning to ensure top quality and touch up any missed areas. I highly recommend Canton and will continue to go back.

Amazing job by Juan Guevara! Juan, let me know about the rim detail service, and although it was $50 extra. Juan assured me my wheels would look brand new afterwards, and he did not hesitate to pull out all the stops to guarantee my BMW looked GREAT!! With the wheels looking even better. ASK FOR JUAN! He does great work!!!
