All of the MBTA needs an overhaul. 9 out of 10 times the ticket dispensers dont work, & 9 out of 10 times the gates dont work...nI can not tally the amount that I have lost when a gate eats my link pass..nI just purchased a round trip at QAT & the first gate displayed see agent... there are none.., the second gate ate my card & displayed smartcards only..nSomething better be done, as in it should be owned by the public & get rid of fares & gates altogether... .

Right across the street from Home Depot and across an intersection from BJ's. There's construction happening now between the bus pickup and the car drop-off, so keep an eye on signs. I wish it were easier for pedestrians to cross the closest intersection safely; there's only one crosswalk.

T service is good on the whole. Parking us easy to get to from the inner loop and rarely fills up. Parking is overpriced but T fares are cheap compared to other cities

The new fare system is a serious pain in the neck, the Charlie card system worked so much better. Now I have to download an app and use the data that I pay for to take the subway. It’s worth it to just drive into the city and park there. Less stressful.
