May 30. 2017-- I stopped in about 1:30 PM, and the clerk, Leslie, was sweet, cheerful and helpful. They will match Draper's price, but didn't need to. Their list price was the same, and item was $6 less than I paid 6 years ago in California. I'm happy.

I have never felt compelled to write a review until now. The Merle Norman in Murray, Utah charges a lot more (and I do mean A LOT more!) for their products than other MN studios. I did not realize it until now that different stores had different prices on their items and you need to check around. I always thought they would be consistent in that regard. Once I discovered this, I took my items back to get a refund, and the store will only provide an in-store credit or exchange!! I thought I would warn others of this so that they don't have to go through the same experience as I did. Other MN studios do provide refunds. (To add salt to the wound, they didn't even have the usual gift that MN provides when you buy two items. They said they were out!)
Excellent products, needs a manager. Been here three times in the past two months, closed during regular business hours. Strike three.
