Absolutely fantastic!! I love my new lashes. Went with my mom and sister and we all look great! We had such a great time! We will all be back. Highly recommend
Love this place. Hailey has been shaping and tinting my eyebrows for months and has never disappointed me. Everyone here is welcoming, friendly, and professional.
Awful, awful experience. I accidentally was late on a previous appointment, I apologized, paid in full with tip and didn't stay any longer than was scheduled, also spent an extra $120 on worthless products. Hailey seemed to hold this against me on next visit. She was irritated and rude when I brought up a few questions and concerns about services there. She proceeded to tell me she was an artist and needed respect??? (What? I guess referring to being late on last appointment?? I was there on time all other appointments, including that one). She said my "vibe" was impatience when all I was doing was relaxing. I was blindsided by her demeanor and treatment of me. Lashes were ok but you're not supposed to get them wet and make someone cry after your appointment! I don't know if I can leave zero stars.
Yellow Butterfly Spa is absolutely amazing. I always feel welcomed. The wonderful ladies that work there make me feel like family, very inviting. My eyelashes looked amazing. I felt like a new woman!
LOVE THIS PLACE! ❤️ Hailey is the one and only person I trust with my eyebrows. She’s extremely detailed oriented and makes sure I don’t leave unhappy. She’s always so sweet and understanding with scheduling. If you wanna look fly, well go get your brows done by Hailey!
