They never answer the phone or return calls. Call got answered accidentally and I could hear workers talking about plans for the weekend and could hear an iPhone being plugged into a charger right before the phone got hung up. You either get a busy signal or it rings all the way through to their voicemail, which is always full.
I communicated to DCFS that I have no food in my refrigerator and was told that I have to wait 7 to 10 business days in hopes of getting help. If I was ANYWHERE but here it would have been the complete opposite. Thanks DCFS of Monroe for showing compassion ud83dudd95ud83cudffe
I would give zero stars if I could. But the women in the food stamp office seem racist to me. And I hate throwing around that word but I grabbed a number and sat down and she HAPPILY helped all of the black girls in there with a smile and quickness but I sat there for twenty minutes after everyone else was helped (I was last number to be called) but she would not call my number so I sat there would could have been longer if I didn’t get up myself and ask to be helped then when I walked up to her she didn’t provide any good customer service and asked how I was she just said what do you need? And when I told her she said that she would send in my paperwork to my case worker and then when we were done she didn’t even say have a nice day or anything. And well it turns out she didn’t even send it in to my case worker and now I have to go out and do it all over again. Just unprofessional and rude
