The temolmen jails were bad but the house of D was really scary like the old parish last time I was there it concheta it was nasty

CANNOT BLAME THE SHERIFF FOR THOSE STILL IN JAIL. SHERIFF DON'T SET BONDS NOR DOES HE SET TIMES OF INCARCERATION. BUILDIND IMPROVEMENTS. INMATES PROGRAMS AND OTHER PROGRAMS TO HELP THOSE IN JAIL AND THEIR FAMILIES SINCE MR. GUZMAN BEEN SHERIFF. HE CANNOT BE BLAMED FOR THE THINGS THAT HE HAS NO RESPONSIBILITIES. I BLAMED THOSE THAT ARE NEGILENCE ON THEIR JOB.

The most unorganized, power driven , unprofessional place i have ever had to deal with. All this from driving a bike on the sidewalk. Sad. Almost a full day from the judge ordering the release and my friend is still locked up. This should be considered kidnapping!
