They cleaned my car very well today. I also wanted to give a shout out to Chris for putting in the effort and spending extra time wiping down the exterior and interior and making sure that it was extremely clean. Will come back again!
They did a great job cleaning my car. The man fixing windshields was a bit rude. He kept telling me to pull up to the car in front of me but I wasnt comfortable pulling that close to the car in front of me. I could hear him complaining about me with 2 safari employees.
Overall it was a decent job, but upon closer inspection later some details were missed. Maybe it'll be better when they aren't swamped ud83eudd37
Car got clean. I was actually impressed
I went for a car wash today because my car needed vacuuming. I wanted a basic outside car wash and the inside cleaned and vacuumed. The car wash was $9.95 and the inside cleaning was $10.95. Plus a $5 tip. I was there exactly 58 minutes.nWhen I pulled up in front of my house, I noticed half the dash was still dusty and when I went around the other side of the car the dog hair from my dog was still all over the front floor and on that center wall that divides the passenger seat from the drivers seat. I called and left a message. When I called back, I spoke to a very nice young lady who told me I could come back tomorrow. I told her I'd do it myself but would be happy to send her a photo. I asked to be reimbursed for the vacuum because I live 20-30 minutes away and she told me I still had to come in for that. A refund could have easily been handled over the phone - especially since it happened today. I would suggest that the owner stop apologizing, do some serious retraining and have some quality control. I don't like posting negative reviews but this one is warranted. I gave it a two star rating because the outside was clean.
