Not very friendly no service given think race was a factor. We serviced ourselves. Wasn't greeted during entrance or checkout. Talked and spoke to other customers upon arrival. One very nice customer helped us find what we needed.

I most definitely agree with the other poster who said she received bad service & thought race was a factor. We had the same experience there earlier this week. No greeting by the person working there when we walked in the door. I noticed that there was a difference when other customers came in. When I told him what product we were looking for, he just pointed us in the direction where it was located, saying “it’s over there”. When I asked about the accessories that came with the product, he appeared very reluctant to assist with that. Finally, we chose to leave without purchasing anything. I saw no reason at all to hand over my hard-earned money to a store where my patronage is not appreciated due to the color of my skin. It is their loss since since $ spends the same, regardless of race & I had been prepared to spend a good chunk of $ for this product that I needed. It worked out anyway because I found what I needed at Lowes where the sales staff was extremely friendly & helpful. I also got a better product for the same amount of $ that Sullivans was charging.

Very helpful staff and a good selection of merchandise. On a recent project they were able to direct me to the items I needed. Shop Central.

True native knowledge across the board. This establishment has been long known as a go-to provider not just of materials but of information no matter how small or big of a job. From the time your phone is picked up they are at the ready. Today's experience was so seamless for me after a 22 year absence that I called explained my situation was told they had the part in 2 different options was quoted over phone and waiting for me at the counter with multiple folks both explaing and labeling wires. Couldn't have drawn up a better plan for a customer friendly experience. By the way the price was so reasonable I almost feel guilty for not leaving gratuity after reading what im writing.

Staff was very knowledgeable, friendly and willing to work with you and cover all the bases on your project.nnThis is the small town business's you want to keep going and here. You won't get this at Walmart or home depot or even Amazon folks.
