Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Dined in a couple times here as well as had take out before. The service is usually informative and friendly. We had a child with us and they really enjoy that atmosphere. The onion ring tower is a fun app to get, especially good for a larger group, as we took most to go home. I am a fan of the grilled chicken teriyaki on a lettuce bun and look to get it each time- it’s so fresh tasting! During the take-out order, the staff was very hospitable and accommodating, while the food was being made.

Food is incredible. One of my favorite places to eat. I recommend Red Robin.

This was our first time to Red Robin. My wife and I went on Memorial Day at around 3;30 the place was empty. Three other customers in whole place, it took over 15 minutes to be seated. Remember the place is empty. When we arrived at our table we waited another 15 minutes for the waitress. 30 minutes in to this now. Bad sign of things to come. Waitress was very unfriendly was interested in chewing her gum. (Reminded me of flow) Now my wife and I wanted to start off with some drinks. The waitress said I need to see some I.D. that is our policy. I'm 54 my wife is 58 I had I.D. with me since I was driving my wife didn't. She wanted a Margarita really bad. The Waitress said sorry you can't no I.D. No drink so she had a glass of water. I had a $9.00 glass of beer. It took over 20 minutes for me get my beer. Waitress was busy taking to a friend. (Remember place is empty 50 minutes into this now) we ordered our food two Master cheese burgers with bottomless fries. Waited another 30 minutes for the food to arrive (1 Hour and 20 minutes into this now) this was a very disappointing visit to Red Robins. In the end the burgers were good no bottomless fries since our waitress was busy talking to her friends. Spent 2 hours and 30 minutes on this horrible visit. Would I recommend this place to anyone NO, would I return NO. Thank you Red Robin. The worst service.

The food is amazing and I love the waiters/waitresses there. They're all so nice and polite. The only minor complaint I have is that the food is a long wait. Patient people only ud83dude02 But Red Robin is the place I would go to any day. ❤❤

So this was my first time at Red Robin. I had heard the jingle as a kid and had it stuck in my head ever since.nnWe went in and waited for a server to show up while we wondered weather we should sit ourselves or not. (The restaurant was not very busy, even on Christmas Eve eve)Then after a few minutes a waiter spotted us, and was able to bring us to a table.nnWe ordered our food, I got the blue cheese burger and my boyfriend got a bbq burger. I was very surprised by just how thin the burger was. It had a lot of mayo on it that overpowered everything else. The blue cheese on it wasn’t very flavorful at all.nnOnce we were seated, the staff was very attentive and friendly, though they did seem to be overworked.nnI don’t think I will be coming back to a Red Robin anytime soon. The food isnt terrible, it’s just not great. I was really looking forward to the “Red Robin, yum!” And I don’t think I got it.
